Hi, I've been watching what I eat for 4 weeks now with about 15kg to go. I've been doing Michelle bridges 12wbt which is 1200 cals and I find I usually go over by about by 100-200cals. I've lost 16.5cm and 3.3kg in the 4 weeks with eating 2 cheat meals a week if I'm honest! Just wondering how u all work out your cals and what is your calorie deficits you aim to achieve? The last 2 weeks I've only lost 200-300g and just wondering if most people lose about this much per week? Slow and steady wins the race I guess

Hi
I have been sticking to my 1270 that mfp says for me, I don't normally go over my Cals and I dont do much exercise yet I have just started back to work after mat leave so hoping to get some work out wedged in when i have time.
I am losing between 2 and 3lb a week but my start weigh very high at 274 I am now weighing in at 255 which is on the right road but i have another 59lb to my goal
But I remember form before that some weeks hard harder to lose and then after a few you start losing again
Not sure if this helps
