I would go for A personally. If I'm under maintenance then I have no problem splurging a little bit. I know my weight loss may be a little slower, but that's okay for my goals.

I also saw something about Rick and Morty doughnuts at Krispy Kreme. My closest Krispy Kreme is about 90 minutes away (even though they said they were putting one in my city like 3 years ago) so I didn't look at the article.

My guess is that they're disagreeing with cutting carbs and sugar, as this has no direct effect on weight loss if you're in a calorie deficit. All that matter is the deficit for weight loss.

My diary is open for friends! Not too many different meal ideas though haha

Not a fan of coffee personally, here's some more info https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/dunkin-releasing-candy-bars-taste-184700503.html

Theme parks are interesting because they serve a lot of high calorie food, but they're also designed so you walk a lot. I went to a small theme park near me (not even close to the size of Disneyland or even a Six Flags). I was there for about 4 hours and walked over 15,000 steps. Make sure to include a calorie allowance…

I know you said you're already eating turkey at other meals, but turkey bacon is a good option. I agree with scrambled tofu as well.

It's already sold out. I was ready to finally try Built Bars with that flavor. I'm a sucker for cookies and cream.

I'm in! February goal: 330,000 steps and no more than 7 days under 10K steps

What is your rate of loss? For somebody only looking to lose about 24 pounds, you might want to consider setting a 0.5 lb/week. That will allow you to eat more food.

Ben & Jerry's has lower calorie options (at least in the US), albeit not as low as some other "light" ice cream options, but I've liked the ones I've had. It's just important a cheat day doesn't knock you out of your deficit. If you eat too much on your cheat day, you could easily wipe out you caloric deficit for the week…

I switched from yogurt to oatmeal for breakfast for about a week and I became RAVENOUS for the entirety of the day after eating my oatmeal. I don't know if it was the decrease in protein for that one meal, the increase in carbs, or what, but I no longer eat oatmeal. Hopefully OP doesn't experience the same thing. If it…

One thing could be to remove the toast from breakfast and put protein powder in your "smoothie" (not sure why it's in quotes). I also think your dinner is probably the biggest carb bomb. Try replacing the baked potato or the pasta for more meat. Or lessen the amount of pasta and add more meat. But also, don't feel like you…

Then how can you be sure that you're doing CICO, which is the only proven method of weight loss? It seems that you're probably underestimating the amount of calories you eat. Also, you're a healthy weight and you only have 5 pounds that you want to lose, so it'll be slow going.

5'2" and will have to reevaluate when I get closer to my goal, but I'm aiming for somewhere between 115 and 125 for now. Of course it will depend on how I feel when I get to those weights!

I used to eat almond butter because peanut butter (and peanuts) was a major GERD trigger for me. Luckily my GERD hasn't been as bad recently and I can go back to eating my cheap peanut butter. I prefer the taste of peanut butter as well.

My goal is just under 1400 and I'm looking to lose about 30 pounds, feel free to add me!

I was imagining them coated in chocolate

Yes, definitely weigh after cooking. You may not want to weigh the whole instant pot, but you can weigh each serving as you're serving it out (whether to yourself or other people), then weigh the leftovers as you're transferring them to whatever they'll be stored in. Add it all up and use that rather than the grams before…

Doughnut flavored ice cream shaped like doughnuts. Just supposed to taste like the classic doughnut flavors (not like actual doughnuts), boston creme, strawberry frosted, and I think the last one is some sort of triple chocolate. If I can find them when they fully release in March, then I will be buying each flavor.

This is what I'm hoping for! I actually hadn't been too affected by GERD the past couple of weeks, but today it's been pretty bad.

So the cereal isn't exactly how I remember Waffle Crisp* but it's close enough that I'm not complaining. The pieces are bigger and a slightly different texture. The maple flavor really comes through. I love it! As for the Chobani flip, it uses the same yogurt as the ooey gooey s'mores Chobani Gimmies, which is fine,…
