The app just makes it convenient to log food and exercise because of the use of scan codes and it can be carried around with you. But I actually prefer the website, it makes it easier to read message boards.

I've stayed away from processed foods and tried to stay away from carbs as well. What I think is the issue though is not that I'm eating less carbs but the way in which I eat them.
