  • I can't have a lot of eggs anymore, so I eat the same thing every morning: sausage cooked with mushrooms and kale, topped with salsa and avocado. You could do whatever veggies you like, this just works for me.
  • I went to keto after 5 whole30's (so I don't do any sweeteners of any kind and dairy is really limited), but it all went out the window during Christmas so I need to get back on track. I'm starting Mark Sisson's Keto reset on the 7th. Feel free to add me!
  • Packaged snack cakes like Twinkies, Lil' Debbie cakes, etc. I used to get them in my lunches when I was a kid and loved them. Now they don't even taste like food.
  • I'll go over my calories and my carb macro, but I'm planning to just keep it to the foods I don't see all the time (like stuffing and pumpkin pie). Turkey is way overrated and mashed potatoes are available whenever.
  • I order the flavored versions from Amazon and I love them! Pumpkin spice, Peppermint Mocha, and Dark Chocolate orange. I can't have dairy and I don't like really sweet things (Starbucks PSL is so icky sweet!), so they're perfect for me. We have an espresso machine at work and I'll make a latte with them there, otherwise I…
  • I thought I was the only one! I naturally lose weight without trying in the winter because I skate ski in the mornings with my dog instead of walking (significantly higher calorie burn), and I snowboard as much as possible. I actually have to try to stay strong in the warmer months so I can keep up with my crew…
  • You and I should swap lists of past guys we've dated just to save each other time and hassle. :D
  • I'm a light sleeper and I like travel and camping. What can I say? :/
  • Snoring Addiction issues including smoking laziness picky eaters vegan/vegetarians Also, I live in a ski town so if a guy isn't a proficient skier/snowboarder, sayonara!
  • Epic bars (chicken sriracha is my fave!), and most Lara bars and RX bars contain no sweeteners at all (from what I remember -- I don't eat bars anymore). RX and Lara bars are not low carb though, as they have dates and fruit.
  • Bacon and eggs with hollandaise :) :)
  • I'm tired of being the fat one in my friend group. A group of us are going on a beach vacation after Thanksgiving and I'll be the only one avoiding bikini photos. They all have flat little stomachs and I want one too! I also don't want to be the slow one on the slopes when I'm snowboarding this winter.
  • Potatoes, any which way
  • I am Keto, lazy since July but getting stricter now that summer is over.
  • Looking forward to this for motivation! Keto SW 6/17: 161 Weight as of 8/26: 155.9 GW: 135 Sunday 09/02: Sunday 09/09: Sunday 09/16: Sunday 09/23: Sunday 09/30:
  • I'm looking for keto friends too. I'll add some of you. Maybe we could start a closed thread here or a facebook group to keep out all the keto haters.
  • I requested to join. Trying to lose 20 lbs by Thanksgiving because I'm going to Mexico right after!
  • Total Body Circuit, check! I modified almost all of the plank work -- my shoulders are just not strong enough yet. This one is my least favorite, which probably means it's the one I should do the most! Greg, I once did a squat challenge with T25 and definitely counted the T25 squats!
  • I log mine using "aerobics" calories, depending on the workout. I count Cardio as high-impact and Speed 1.0 as general.
  • Speed 1.0 done! I forgot how much I liked that one because of the stretch breaks  It does make me feel pretty uncoordinated as well, with all the criss cross hop moves. Not looking forward to Total Body Circuit tomorrow -- it's a bear!
  • I'm definitely modifying a few -- I have always hated the half-tuck jumps, and the hop squats are a little much, but hoping to get through without modifying by week 5! Other than that, I love cardio!
  • SW : 156.6 GW : 138ish
  • Hi! I'm Liza (pronounced like Liza Minelli). I have done T25 before, I bought it because I needed a shorter workout than Insanity for my morning workouts. I still plan to go to the gym in the evenings as well (3-4x/week). I'm here for the accountability for the next 10 weeks (I don't have gamma). I do not follow the eating…
  • Okay, looks good. One thing I was thinking is do we really need a separate thread for each workout? Maybe just one thread for alpha discussion and one for beta? I do like intros and weigh-ins/measurements.
  • I'm so glad you ladies are here! I almost blew it off this morning, but when I saw this I decided to squeeze in my workout before work. Jessica, I had to modify some too -- oof, those squats! Iknewyouweretrouble, I don't know the difference between having a group and posting here? Glad you're here! Liza
  • Whole30 is not about weight loss. It's about uncovering food issues, physical and mental. I knew before I ever did whole30 that dairy is a problem for me, but I didn't realize the extent. Now I know if I have a cream sauce, cheese, or ice cream I can expect breakouts and a poor nights sleep. I also know that too many eggs…
