I have five cats, plus I feed two or three that come around sometimes. :) I just recently had to have my oldest cat, Charlie, put to sleep. I'm still depressed about that. But he was terribly sick.

I have tried various different pain relief methods (ibuprofen, acetamenaphin, and various rubs) nothing helps. The pain I have when doing the videos goes down the outside and back of my calf. I guess I will just start out with a one mile walk and see how it goes and work back up to more miles :)

I love doing the walking videos. I guess I'll just have to hope they don't make my knee worse. Hopefully, the walking will make it better. Thanks

Thank you. I have gotten the fibromyalgia mostly under control by changing my eating habits. I still have some pain. But it's tolerable enough that I am going back to work. The doctor that diagnosed me said exercising five days a week is doable, but to work up to it slowly. I managed two miles today!

My goal is just to walk consistently on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I am just getting back into exercising and have fibromyalgia so my doctor told me to take it slowly. I can do a 1 mile walk and sometimes a 2 mile walk if I'm feeling strong. Maybe next month I can walk 5 days a week. I wish everyone the best of luck…

I managed a one mile walk yesterday. I haven't quite made to daily walks yet. But I'm shooting for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If I feel strong I do a two mile walk. If not I do one mile. I'm making progress, slowly but surely!
