I haven't seen a thread on here for the challenges. But I sure would love to. I just looked it up on pinterest and also found an app for it because my hubby likes things like that. He just didn't want to print it off and check it off with a little pencil. :) You're right though about this challenge, it motivated me to stay…

Calisthenics today, I am doing the ab and arm challenge with my hubby. I want to do the butt challenge but I see that the challenge comes with a warm up preparing your booty for the challenge. That has to be intense. Maybe after the arm and ab challenge is over. :)

Did zumba yesterday. Arm and ab challenge today at home since I have a sick kid and couldn't make it to the gym. Honestly, I am starting to feel guilty now if I don't get something in. I love that feeling because that's new. Lol

Wow! You are knocking it out of the park!! :)

Great job!

Weightlifting today. Followed by 20 minutes on the treadmill. My knee was a little stiff today but it felt good doing the workout. Everyone is doing a great job and seeing what everyone is doing has really encouraged me. :) Starting the ab challenge today with my husband tonight. I'm excited but that's before we do the…

You can take the stairs instead of the elevator, park at the far end of the parking lot, do a 1 month challenge like this (arm challenge, plank, ab, just do it every day) Instead of sitting while waiting, stand. Take a walk during your lunch hour. Just move. That's the thing I hear from every trainer/class instructor at…

I agree..then go to the doctor to get a complete physical

Day 21-zumba and weightlifting. I didn't want to go today but I didn't want to mess up my streak with this challenge. I'm glad I went, it made me feel much better

I am a Amy's lover too. Wheat allergy here so her frozen gluten free stuff would satisfy my quick need for food when I hadn't planned ahead. I keep some in the freezer for those times when I want something quick but it's not for every meal or everyday. Just on occasion because it's not alot of food. Lol

Thank you! Lol

Day 20! Zumba, no lifting today but walked 45 minutes. Day 20!! Woo hoo!

Exercise. I know you have heard of this before but it works. Work out your frustrations/stress by exercise. It releases endorphins that will help your mood and your body will thank you for it. Stress can really wreck your body in so many ways if you don't handle it in a healthy way. Speaking from experience here.

I know quite a few of us said to plan a menu. I have to say that it CAN be overwhelming at first but do it in steps if you have to. When I first started, I tried to plan every little detail and made it harder than I had to. If you put together your 7-10 family favorites that's easy, healthy and cheap to make, you can…

60 minutes of walking. Lifting and zumba tomorrow.

I eat clean as much as I can. Being allergic to wheat has made it so that I make most of my food from scratch. The times that I have meals missing is when I have been in situations where I have gone without if I don't bring a little something (kind bar, apple, etc) to avoid getting sick. My diary is open

I want to live where you live. :)

I am giving you kudos for your efforts. Job satisfaction and pride in your work is priceless. I have friends that make quite a bit of money and that didn't give them satisfaction with their job. Big high five on that point.

Family of 7 here and filling those bellies can get expensive. First of all, I try my best to feed healthy meals but I don't want to teach my kids that there's "bad" food. Desserts are only on Friday and it's been as simple as homemade cookies or ice cream. They look forward to it and I can budget it. I try my best to not…

For me, around 10 too. The trick is to stop wearing baggie clothes and show off that emerging shape. Clothes that don't fit can add pounds.

Cycling 20 minutes, lifting-chest, triceps, abs and zumba. Good end to a sucky kind of day :)
-
Good luck! It was the best thing ever for me.

30 minutes of housework..

Elliptical yesterday, 20 minutes. Today is a new day and hopefully this bug that's going through my family will go away. Keeping it moving has helped though. It cleared my head..Who knew it would do that? Lol

This has been the best description yet. Activity level is your daily life. Thanks!

I agree with the people about strength training. You will see a difference in your body shape. HIIT will also torch those calories in a shorter amount of time as well. As long as you eat at a deficient, eat enough protein and lift you will see results that you want. By the way, celebrate what you have accomplished. You…

I'm not an expert or at my goal weight but I didn't really start losing my belly until my diet changed along with lifting. There's a list of foods out there that can reduce inflammation and belly fat...Olive oil, avocadoes, nuts.
