yip, it really is to each his own - I love all the varied answers, and (as was my point in posting) I've gained a few extra tricks to tweak my daily foods and still eat well. As for me, I dont eat fat free or low fat anything tbh - they all taste like cardboard. But mayo is just too greasy for me to feel like its worth it…

I didn't say there was anything wrong with fat - I was asking what you avoid because you can't justify the amount of fat in it compared to how good it tastes or is. Sorry for the confusion

I'm 5ft 4 and 152, and not happy with it at all. I'm the wrong side of a size 8 US/12 UK and since I store fat on my tummy I look pregnant and super-chunky. thanks all - double lol @ilovecereal1982 I agree but one of my main vices is 1 glass turning into 3 then the ruffles come out. @PinkPixiexox I found WW too easy to cheat on too - 175ml of wine regardless of the portion size, juggling points to justify things. How long did the 30lbs take you on MFP?
