Drink lots of water, tea, or even a vegetable or fruit is okay because they're quite low in calories. I'll usually have a lot of water and maybe a banana if I'm really really hungry because it's quite filling.

Here in China cabbage is considered a health food and they serve it as a side dish at a lot of places. It's sooo good stir-fried (usually with garlic and ginger) and I'd definitely recommend it as it's quite filling but not a lot of calories! Great snack :smile:
