I'm 5'7'' and as Liftng4Lis said I'm 18. Goal weight is actually more like 10lbs off but I prefer to do things in small chunks, I don't know why. Thanks for the responses :)

I weigh daily, after bathroom, before breakfast. I've noticed some interesting trends doing this (or example if I have a couple of beers, I'll be two pounds lighter the next morning. Instant porridge with a teaspoon of damson jam and a cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk. Comes out at 174 calories. I eat the same thing at 7:30 every morning & keeps me going til lunch at 1 with no need for a snack :)
