Hello, the quick added calories are for main meals. So as I cook, I write out the calories rather than adding each individual ingredient. E.g I would make a Quorn chilli, write all the calories down and add it to the rice. Rather than adding half an onion, x g of Quorn, x kidney beans.

I am 5ft 3 and 156lb, mfp says 1200 calories. Isn't that enough?
