  • Would this be a good place to start? Almost 2 years ago I was lifting everyday and adding in cardio. I was pregnant last year and I'm 9 months postpartum currently and still nursing my little one. Have yet to get back into lifting again. Other than this last 9 months and my pregnancy last year, I was lifting for a solid 2…
  • Add me girl
  • That is where I'm at. Besides we all know what you eat is most important and harder than working out. You can't out run what you eat. And what you eat in private you wear out in public.
  • Add me :) My babe is 9 months and still nursing great. Congrats on your new babe and your wedding!
  • Yes, I have a 10 month old that still wakes to nurse at night...once it twice. But, what I keep telling myself is you only have this time to baby your baby. He will only be this small for so long. I have the rest of my life to criticize myself over my weight. Not until he got older, eating solids and becoming mobile was I…
  • Kind eyes, a smile that makes me melt to a puddle. You could be talking about nothing but with kind eyes and that smile I'm all in. If you keep me laughing with your sense of humor I'm a gonner.
  • I'm right there with ya. I'm 9 months post partum and exclusively breastfeeding. Every time I cut calories my milk says adios. So I'm stuck at 160lbs and 5'5". Not that sexy. No supplements have ever helped me. I do still take my fish oil, dha and prenatal with iron. But nothing to "boost" supply. I have been sticking…
  • Pdx here. I'm heading to Disneyland for spring break to give my kids a real spring break with sunshine. Not the liquid sunshine we get here in pdx or SeaTac!
  • Man that is my problem. My house though if I let it slip one day, I cringe and feel like I gotta bleach everything. I have 3 sons, two dogs, a cat and my husband is a mechanic. What I let go of, is myself. I'm last with everything. Lol Feel free to add me merrysailor88
  • I use to get an hour lunch and take that to get what I could in. It's hard when you're spending all your time caring for everyone but yourself.
  • Hahahaha I am dying! Let the truth out! Yes and even in the bathroom my youngest crawls his way in. If I want a shower I shower at 6:30am after I nurse my baby and before I put my 8 year old on the bus while my 5 year old sleeps.
  • Way to go mama! I'm a nationally certified phlebotomist and an MA. I choose to stay home, the hubby prefers it too. =) Being super mom and taking care of yourself is hard work.
  • Oh I use to. Every single day. Just as of late I can't find the time. My 9 month old is still exclusively breast feeding and my husband is self conscious about me getting fit again. Right now I am getting my diet under control and sticking to it, that is the hard part. Working out is the easy part.
  • Actually I do and for the year it's 350.00 not counting the daycare price I'd have to pay per child each visit. :/ I have a 9 month old and a 5 year old..he starts school in Sep.
  • I hear ya!
  • Just had my 3rd baby boy almost 2 months ago. I've got the green light to get back at it. I am exclusively breastfeeding so I'm not sure if me burning those calories even come into play. Add me would love to motivate and could use mre accountability. =)
