I gained 15 lbs in the 9 months I was on zoloft (I was depressed for the first few months of it so I wasnt eating much at all) and I really didnt change my eating habits either.
-
I really hope so because I have been working so hard for the past month between working out almost every single day to really weighing every single thing and logging everything I put in my mouth it would suck if I gained. :/ Two years ago I never weighed a single thing and mostly eyeballed my portions and still somehow…

I try and really work out "hard" as in working up a really good sweat burning 400+ calories 5 days a week, I take one day a week off (usually Sundays sometimes a day during the week) and take on active rest where I do something lighter that doesnt require as much effort.
-
This morning it was up like 7 lbs probably from the weekend, alcohol and pizza can really mess with the scale! At least im hoping
-
don't restrict yourself too much or you'll end up going crazy and gain it all back!
-
I know 1 lb isnt a lot but I'm not trying to lose much so I'd rather lose it slower and keep it off for good.
-
Really happy I use the happy scale app bc it shows that I've actually lost almost a lb in the past couple weeks and i feel at a standstill except I'm really not if I look at it long term. Its kinda cool to see the numbers as they go up and down and it keeps me accountable.

I'd love to quit drinking only bc I feel it stains your teeth (unless its sprite zero or something). I usually drink one a day, I love my coke zero! I tried quitting many times but I never noticed a difference in teh scale or how I felt so.

I usually say the weight that I am by Friday mornings because Friday and Saturdays I set my calories to maintenance and tend to eat more junk then usual which causes me to retain water etc so my weight is high for the next few days.
-
I had ice cream 3 nights in a row bc it fit in my calorie goal for the day and I felt guilty about it to but man didi it taste good!
-
I'm 5"3 and I've found that at about 125 was when I looked my best. I'm sure if I went lower I'd look good but I'm a pear shape and my hips/butt will always be wider which is fine.

Since I wake up early in the morning for work I've found its harder for me to skip breakfast or just have coffee, otherwise by 9-10 I am starving. In the summer (I am a teacher) when I am off work, I usually sleep in until 9-10 am so I typically will workout first thing and then go straight to lunch so its way easier to…

I have trouble on the weekends to so what I've decided to start doing is "banking" calories (say 100 cal a day) during the week M-F so that by the end of the week I have 500 extra cals to work with on Saturdays plus I exercise harder to burn more and I set my goal to maintain also. This way I can ended up with 2300 cals on…
-
well first you should be eating more then 900 calories a day especially if youre exercising!
-
I only eat back half of my exercise calories and still make sure I have some left over for the end of the day in case of a few slip ups or by accidentally forgetting to log something. Its been working as my weight is starting to go down. When I was eating back all of my exercise calories I wasnt losing at all.

I feel the same way about being completely happy with my body. I compare a LOT and I'm trying my best to stop but I feel like its only human nature to do so from time to time. I've always had bigger legs/thighs and a butt, I would love to just tone them up but I feel like it'll never happen :/
-
I to used to get pretty frustrated seeing numbers fluctuating all the time but as others have said weight loss isnt linear. No one weighs x amount every single day. Try using happy scale app this is what I've been using for the last couple weeks and its better bc it shows your progress overall rather then just worrying…
-
Yeah I always just eat back half my calories. And can I ask how much weight your looking to lose vs what your weight/height is now? 2 lbs seems pretty ambiguous
-
okay i will try it out thanks :)
-
Its pretty doable but I'm sure some weeks I may not lose which is fine. My main focus is on tightening and toning my body up and obviously losing along the way!
-
I would just LOVE to be like 125 by June, when its time for me be in my swimsuit most of my days hehe. My main focus is to tone up as well.
-
Thanks thats a smart way to look at it. I have also only been eating back half my exercise calories just in case.
-
do you think this will stall my weight loss by doing this once a week
-
Ok thanks!!!

I enjoy both but what I like about FB is that they give you a calorie range of what youre burning! I also love that I sweat so much and I actually feel like I'm getting in a good hard work out everytime, also that they each video has intervals instead of 20 min of the same thing, it keeps it interesting! Blogalites I like…

How! Damn then I've been eating more then I thought :( it says 25 per cup so I figured if it's 4.5 cups per bag its around 115-120 cals damn I'm mad at myself now
-
No it is a box of act 2 brand popcorn kettle corn
-
yeah i love blogalites videos and fitness blender :) especially bc fitness blender tells you the calories burned
-
fitness blender on youtube!

Also do you guys think I should weigh on the days when I'm on my period or just skip that week? I'm just curious to see how much of a change it may have on my body..
