I just started college two weeks ago and trust when I say there are food places EVERYWHERE! I normally pack/make my own lunch and allow myself to eat it with my friends once a month. It's working out pretty good for me

Any ideas as to what to eat? I lowered my carbs and upped my protein but I don't think that's enough.

I just lost 7 pounds which is a feat for a normal weight person. I'm supposed to be in the 110lbs-130lbs for my height. I used to be 126 and now I'm 119. The only problem is, I don't see those results anywhere! My stomach fat still hasn't decreased, I still have arm fat, and I still have chicken legs! I feel discouraged…

The one thing I learned throughout my fitness journey was to never ban any foods from my diet. In fact, I'm eating a chocolate chip cookie as I'm writing this
