Try your best to remain positive. You are back here - that is a great start! Baby steps, I know you can get right back to where you were at one point. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like, and best of luck in your journey! <3

Hi there, welcome! The posts at the top of the board are great to read through. Best of luck!

I personally get really exhausted when I first start out, too. For me, I think it is a mental thing. BUT. It could also mean you are possibly eating/drinking too little. Just be careful, and best of luck in your journey!

I honestly don't think it is necessarily a bad thing to feel less than what you actually weigh. My husband was the same way at his old job - he has always been a very active person, and does quite a bit for his size. I personally see it as a little bit of a confidence thing - or it could denial, I guess depending on how…

There are so many different factors which can be contributing to it. Building muscle, water weight, inaccurate portioning, etc. I think you need to give it a little more time - it will start happening. Patience is key! Keep up the hard work! :)

I have always loved walking. I know it isn't the greatest thing when it comes to exercise, but it is just so calming, and I can daydream as much as I please while I do so. <3

Thanks everyone - I appreciate the feedback! :)

chat rooms! I was all about that life back in the day.

I don't call or text much, honestly. I feel like a burden when I do so. But I definitely text more than I call (I have bad phone anxiety). I am not one to use "chat speak", I text just like this. Especially with having a smartphone. It just makes it so easy.

That is awesome! (:

I plan on after work getting in a 3 mile walk, as long as the weather allows it. Happy Friday, everyone!

Congrats, that is amazing!!

There are many different factors which could be causing the lack of the scale going down. Water weight, muscle gain, etc. Don't get discouraged! Try to focus on the non scale victories. (:

Hey, that's great! Way to go!!

It is okay! Don't be too hard on yourself. We all give in sometimes - it is inevitable, IMO. It's the past now - leave the past in the past, and focus on kicking butt in the present. You've got this!

That is where the real test begins. There is nothing wrong with slacking a little here and there - the key is making sure you get right back on track, and that you aren't turning a small break into something more permanent. I have faith you will be just fine. (:

You are welcome to add me as a friend - the more the merrier! :)
