I gained 20lbs when i ate peanut butter on bananas. If there is a peanut allergy, you could do almond butter or nutella. mmm. 2tbsp goes a long way! It's good on apples and pears too. Ps... i am now trying to lose that 20lbs now.

Lol! I just realized that. I meant pressure cooker. I have a slow cooker already... bless my heart. It does have slow cooker settings.

I just got a 6qt pressure cooker at aldi's for 40.00! Seems like a great deal. It has 10 presets, and you can also program manually. I just saw one at costco for 102.00 for the same setup.

I have only managed to make it to a maintenance phase when i lost nearly 50lbs on atkins years ago. I gained all that plus 50 more over 4 years time after i realized atkins was bad for me, due to cholesterol and triglycerides. I think this applies to diet. On atkins, you add back 5 carbs a week and quit adding them when…

I have done both. Free style is good, but i think their 0sp list is a little much. Bananas and apples are good for you! Yes, but because they are 0sp and i am having an issue with my sweet tooth i may have 3 bananas. This is not good. Too much sugar, and calories at the end of the day. Plus ww costs are quite high. I did…

I also love the coffee! Depending on how you drink it may take a 0-5 calorie beverage and turn it into many more. I drink mine with skim milk or black and add splenda or stevia. My coffee used to be loaded with sugar and cream.

I am glad i ran across this post. I have never had too good of luck finding yummy bars. I will try the costco bars. I really enjoy the premiere protein shakes (caramel and strawberry are my fav) 30 grams of protein and do fill me up while shutting down my sweet tooth's cravings.

Congradulations on your 5lb loss! That is very great to see :) down is down. I do agree with everyone about the goal expectations. We are all in a rush to drop it off. I have come and gone between here and weight watchers since 2013. I have lost and kept off 50lbs (47 actually) and i still have about 55 left to lose. I…

I had a question similar to yours. I am trying to understand why my set goal for poly and mono unsaturated fats is 0. They are good fats to have. But i can see that if the fats aren't typically broken down on a lable panel, it would be hard to figure it accurately.
-
No, nothing wrong with saturated fats in moderation. I just meant that poly and mono unsaturated fats are good for you, so i didn't understand the goal of 0 on those.
-
*my daily goal for sat fat is 10, i think.

Stay in mfp with everything. Mfp will send info to fitbit regarding calories in, but fitbit only send steps to mfp.

Wowza! I am sure they don't realize how rude it is to offer unsolicited opinions. They likely have their best interest in mind for you. This has never happened to me. But i do feel strange when people comment in a post regarding my menu of the day, even though mine is open for viewing.
