  • Honestly if you have any weights laying around like 10lb or 5lb, then put it on your scale and see how accurate it is. I always test the scale with a weight before I weigh myself. If the scale reads 20 pounds when you have a 10lb weight on it, then you just subtract 10 pounds off of what the scale tells you.
  • I have moved it up to 1750 now.
  • I don't get it though. I have a deficit so I don't see how eating more and going over my calories is going to help me as opposed to being under my calories ?
  • Fair enough, I will set it back to 1 lb a week. I'm 5'8 and well now I weigh 175, I'm hoping to be around 155-160. How often do you weigh yourself ?
  • No reason, every time I walk by the scale I just weigh myself cause I just happen to be there. It's sort of addicting seeing how much I've been losing a week.
  • Yes I weigh myself every day. Usually every morning. I would eat throughout the day and of course gain weight, but the next morning I usually go back to my original weight.
