  • Yes I tracked everything I ate and drank. I went over my calories by 47! It’s ok. Sticking with it I guess I can’t count as exercise, but have been cleaning, moving stuff, and prepping for painting all day. This is my first pass used

  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, I did a 20 minute workout in the am and walked briskly for 30 minutes in the evening. I logged everything I ate and stayed under my calorie budget of 1200 today. Yay!

  • Lots of great ideas here. Pick the ones that work for you. Ex. I know I would want to eat, so I plan for that but also don't go into it hungry.
