If I seen Results then I would continue with it , probably my whole life . I know it takes time and patience . . Just wanted to get the correct information . !

Well before I became lazy , I used to train with a PERSONAL TRAINER . So everything I'm doing now ( as in a meal plan) has worked for me in the past . I'm on a 1000 calorie diet. So far I have been keeping up with my diet and doing very well. I just have been having a hard time exercising right .
