Chop a ripe banana(100 cal) Freeze it. When frozen, add to blender or blending device. Mix 2 tbls of PB fit (65 cal) with a little water or almond milk. Add 1 tbls of chocolate ovaltine (20 cal). Add 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (9 calories). Blend. Tastes just like creamy ice cream and only 185 calories.

Frozen dark sweet cherries...100 cal per cup. Stoneyfield french vanilla lowfat yogurt..170 per cup. Also frozen pineapple blended with some almond milk= creamy sorbet. Frozen banana blended with almond butter, takes just like ice cream.

SW. 113 CW 109 GW. 102 It's frightening to realize how much sugar I was consuming. Logging in my foods and drinks really has helped me to make better choices. It's amazing how much food I can eat that is healthy while still staying under my daily calories. Of course the excercise adds to it as well. YAY! Down 4 lbs.
