I'd love to be friends! I'll add you. Try to remember that weight loss comes from a calorie deficit, so even if you're not very active you can still lose weight without any problem as long as you control your diet. Source: am very short and lazy lol

we're around the same age so I'll send you a friend request! It really just depends on your personal preference. I have my goal weight listed on here but I've definitely focused more on just thinking about everything in 5 or 10 pound increments, especially when things were going really slow for a while.

get a food scale and use it religiously! plan your meals and snacks out ahead of time as often as possible. the less guesswork there is the better off you'll be.
