I bought a nutribullet and make my own. I use fruits and greens with water, almond milk, or coconut milk. There's a ton of recipes on Pinterest, and the recipe book that comes with the nutribullet is good too.

Same here, it's been about 2 1/2 years for me, gained 30. Having a hard time shaking it. Hope MFP helps. I don't really have any health issues but I'm here for you. :)

I'm starting the VenusFactor again today. I like that you don't have to cut any foods out completely. Now I just have to commit to the working out 3 days a week. Are you still doing it?
