Have managed to quit a 20 year smoking habit, and in the 14 months since I stopped I have gained a lot of weight. Health issues also have kept me housebound for last 4 months, but now feeling ready to take on my next battle. Any help or advice I can give or get would be a big bonus.

Same here, it's been about 2 1/2 years for me, gained 30. Having a hard time shaking it. Hope MFP helps. I don't really have any health issues but I'm here for you.1

Hello, feel free to add me. I quit smoking and started my healthy lifestyle on the same day February 14,2016. My SW-304 CW-259 GW-160. It is a struggle but with support and motivation you can do it and I give both and would love to have you as friends.1
