I am sure there must be a calculator for this somewhere on the internet. I don't have that problem as it will be 90 degrees F here in Houston today. Try to stay warm and welcome to the boards!

I only use the mobile app and like you, I cannot figure out if or how to change the serving size. It seems like it is fixed. However, I work around that by adjusting the number of servings. Anyway, good luck and welcome to the boards!
