Okay, I have resisted joining MFP because now I am fully committed. Before I joined I could make excuses for bad choices but now...I have accountablity. I am trying to lose weight as I am a diabetic and I have seen what it can do up close. I am looking to getting myself in better shape so I can enjoy retirement. Any suggestions or advise? Any suggestions on a good wrist pedometer would be appreciated as I don't know exactly what I am looking for.
