Hold on to your system, you already lost 11 lbs in 21 days, sometimes the body recovers and stays stuck for a week, never give up, it will drop again, I promise... And use MFP.... And if either one of you gives up... Don't drag the other one down with you but help each other climb back on that wagon again

I've been there... And the fact that you know there's sth wrong is a good sign... Prelog your food and never stop questioning your conscience, it's risky right now

3 in one week? Oh well that's too much... It happens to everyone once in a while and you shouldn't torture yourself afterwards but once every 2 weeks is far enough otherwise you'll never have a rhythm

I guess that's individual dear... I did maintain it for 9 years after losing 80lbs... Than pregnancy and back here again but not that bad at all

It's like hell but I don't give in... Craving 4 something and I just ignore it... And all the water the body retains, impossible to lose weight during period... I usually gain like 1-2 pounds, but I lose them after hell is over
