Me and my fiancé have had the 21 day fix for a bit now and had some success the first time, losing about 11 lbs a piece the first month. Since then we have struggled and don't know how to get motivated again. We both have the walking and exercise down but our problem is the nutrition part of the plan.....any suggestions/ opinions?

Plug your stats in to MFP and eat the calories it gives you.0

Yep. That's pretty much it.
It's just something I do. I brush my teeth, take a shower, go to work, eat the calories MFP gives me ... just one of several things I do every day.

You're lucky in the sense that you are literally travelling this road WITH someone! You are in a fantastic position!
Motivate eachother, stick to your calorie allowances and get it done. Congratulate, support and celebrate with eachother - you have a support system right there in front of you - both of you do!0 -
"21 day fix" isn't. You have to make significant changes in your lifestyle permanently to lose weight and keep it off. It's a marathon not a sprint.0

The problem with doing short term fad diets, is its just that, a diet. You want to look into making a lifestyle change where you can learn moderation and sustainability. Good luck.0 -
Perfect time to start a life change - before you're married & have a family. Why not make cooking a joint project - shopping for the food together, trying new recipes together and then -- best part -- enjoying a delicious, homemade dinner together? It really can be a lot of fun - even the flops. (Sometimes they make for the best memories.)
This is an investment in your future. You're worth it. Ditch the 21 Day Fix - you know it's not going to go the distance. YOU have, within yourself, what it takes to go the distance. And it's not complicated - it's eating at a sensible (not drastic) calorie deficit. It's eating all the food you love, but staying within the goal.
It's also shucking off those old behavior ruts and trying new things. Maybe not always easy, but most important, lasting things in life aren't "easy." So...just start. Motivation may come & go, but stay on the steady track to a very bright future.0 -
Hold on to your system, you already lost 11 lbs in 21 days, sometimes the body recovers and stays stuck for a week, never give up, it will drop again, I promise... And use MFP.... And if either one of you gives up... Don't drag the other one down with you but help each other climb back on that wagon again0
