As for everyone weight loss and maintaince is something that we have to keep in mind. I am a firm believer in eating that slice of pizza every once and a while but also making sure that you don't eat the whole thing (if you do that's totally ok I have been there myself). I am also someone who enjoys being at the gym and the rush you get after accomplishing something you couldn't do before.
With all that being said I keep seeing myself go down a very negative weight loss path. I get into this mind set that if I want to loose weight or want that slice of pizza I shouldn't eat anything else that day. I know logically that is extremely unhealthy and I really don't want to do that to my body but time and time again I will get home from work and only have eaten a graham cracker the entire day. I am not sure if this is because I am a preschool teacher and am constantly busy or if I am doing it because to want to loose weight. What are some ways that you make are you eat during the day and that you are eating enough to sustain your body in a healthy manor?

I prelog almost all of my meals. It lets me fit in the pizza while knowing I'm still meeting my goals. It also means that it's clear that I can, and should, eat everything I've logged without taking me off my plan.0

I would advise talking to a professional, as this is a very slippery slope.
Pre-logging your days, to include the pizza, then the MEALS AROUND the pizza, would be a good start as far as fitting it in.0 -
I've been there... And the fact that you know there's sth wrong is a good sign... Prelog your food and never stop questioning your conscience, it's risky right now0

This exactly. I also batch cook and portion so we know what we're having and I always have a meal on hand to grab for work.0 -

I'll echo every one else - pre-log your days and sustain 'control' in a healthy, sensible way.
It's very easy to fall into these traps so don't beat yourself up about it, you've reached out and you want to change your mind-set. Pre-log and gradually you'll be comfortable with your intake. Best of luck.0 -

If I know I'm having an extremely heavy meal (today-Indian lunch buffet!!!!) I will eat very lightly the rest of the day to compensate.
But if you feel deep inside, you have frequent disordered thinking concerning your diet and are not eating enough by the end of the day, maybe get a professional opinion.0
