Im under my calories by the end of the day. Someone metioned that I need to weigh my foods, but I dont have a scale so I am going to invest with one.

Haha!! Yeah I know what you mean it is hard to think about chewing when something that good is in there. I'll resist it because I feel like I'm only cheating myself if I eat one, but I know I shouldn't deprive myself of it at the same time. Y'all have some good ideas. Thank you!

I have the same problems, except I have 110 lbs to lose. You really just have to have a strong determined attitude about it. Don't deprive yourself of the foods you like, just downsize the portions you eat. If you completely cut out all foods you love, it will cause you to gorge when you do start trying to eat them again…
