I am 5'4 and have lost 45 pounds. I didn't need smaller pants until I hit the 20 - 25lb loss mark. Then again 20 pounds lighter. Before I feel off the wagon and gained almost 30 pounds back I had to get more clothes at 60 pounds. Keep up the good work!

It is definitely worth doing. Like flawedperfectly said above, it is eye opening discovering how many calories are in the foods that we eat. For example one breakfast biscuit from Hardee's had 429 calories!! Can you believe that!?

You can do it! The dash diet is a good one I have heard. It seems to more of a lifestyle change than a diet. I have the book, but right now I am just counting calories. Keep your head up!
