I do get a warning that I'm not eating enough then fiddle it with extra calories to make up the deficit. What I find frustrating about this app is that it doesn't allow us to fast.

I have read the ecellent post and I have taken notice of the people who say to drink more. I might have done this wrong though. I drank 4 pints of water today thinking it would go straight through. Two hours later I have only wee'd out 2 pints. I feel bloated and fuzzy headed and wish I hadn't done it.

I had a problem when my weight loss plateaued. It would NOT go down for weeks and I got exasperated. I reduced my calories to below the recommended for weigh loss and it worked. This is my 7th week and I've lost 9lb. I got stuck for three weeks when nothing shifted but then the weight loss suddenly took off again and is dropping steadily. Excited
