I gained 9lb in two weeks....surly not!
Over Christmas my weight increased at an alarming rate. Did I REALLY consume 31500 calories more than I needed to maintain a stable weight? Of course I didn't....nowhere near! What happened? I didn't diet but I overindulged a bit, but to put that weight on I must have consumed 53900 calories in 14 days. That is 3850…

If every day were lik today you'll weigh....in 5 weeks. Huh!
Five weeks ago I was 10 stone 7. Every day has been on target or lower and it projected a 7lb weight loss. I have actually lost 1lb. One pound in five weeks on 800-1000 calories a day. I'm baffled and hacked off!

1000 calories a day maximum and the scales won't move except I put on 1lb this week.
Why when you have to be burning your own body fat to stay alive doesn't it how on the scales...except upwards! Body fat MUST be burning away, it HAS to be.
