Naps are wonderful!!! That's awesome about the jacket. YAY!!! After I lost weight I have been freezing all the time. Hopefully the fasting will rev my metabolism and I will get some warmth back. It really sucks. :smile:

If you don't eat a lot of veggies in the first place, the bacteria in your gut aren't going to react so well and cause bloating. If you are going to eat veggies, I would add them in slowly. I'm sure all the bloat weight will come off fast!

Last night I ate some beans, rice and veggies (not too much) at around 3pm and went to the gym around 630. It did help a lot, I had a lot of energy. And when I got home I wasn't starving. Hopefully the trick is giving myself permission to eat and not feeling guilty when I do.

Just to give you all some back story. July 2015 I started dieting and exercising more. I lost about 60lbs. That year. For a year I hovered around 180 and for some reason I lost about 15lbs between Jan and Feb this year and I still don't know why. Now I can't move the scale again so I am hoping this plan will be what I need…

You are probably going through sugar withdrawal. Sugar is very addicting. It will take a couple days for your body to get over it (i did the same thing), but getting rid of processed sugar is great! And your cravings will go away! Although don't forget to eat your fruit.
