It doesn't count the calories that it burns because nobody has figured a way to accurately measure Weight Training calories. Even if someone could measure the amount of calories burned during exercise, the vast majority of caloric benefit in regards to weight training comes from the metabolic after-effects.

You absolutely should work out if you're sore. If you're injured, don't, but being sore is no excuse.

Very few things, outside of trans fats, are objectively healthy or unhealthy. Does the food fit into your macros? do you have room for a lot of sodium? that's all that matters.

If I'm drinking Beer (or anything else for that matter), I do my best to eat lighter that day, less carbs (if beer). Just try and fit it in.

I use Isopure. Best Protein:Calorie ratio.

Isopure has the best Protein/Calorie ratio. Vanilla has no carbs/sugar, Chocolate has 1g I believe. Taste isn't the best, but it's very good.
