I'm confused....weight training doesn't burn any calories according to this site? and there
are no weight training exercises listed in the database? am I doing something wrong?

Wear a heart rate monitor and list it as cardio. The strength training log is just for record purposes.0

It doesn't count the calories that it burns because nobody has figured a way to accurately measure Weight Training calories. Even if someone could measure the amount of calories burned during exercise, the vast majority of caloric benefit in regards to weight training comes from the metabolic after-effects.0

thank you, I appreciate both answers, kind of disappointing to not be able to count it as calories...but
I know it's still good for me0
