I incorporate a cheat day once a week. Preferably on Sundays. It's a relief and I still skip my snack in order to load up on lunch or dinner. I still end up losing, because I have a conscious boost from it to lose more. It's like a vacation.

Acceptance is difficult with the majority of dieters. We must accept and believe that we can not return to our old eating habits. The new norm (eat to live instead of living to eat) is my future. I am. Just using pushups as a gauge. I also do knee bends , dead lifts ,burpees, pull down cable exercises. Just trying to get tone then I will bring on the . I don't enter a gym and workout at home. I have self esteem issues from man-boobs.

Gorge on high water volume low calorie foods. A pot of steamed broccoli and other veggies. Eat sliced cucumber in a bowl of vinegar water. Your having sugar and carb cravings. Lower your carbs till the sugar cravings subside because your insulin levels will decrease.

I use an app called libra . Log in every day . Surprisingly it can show a linear downward trend of my same weight loss goals of 1.5 pounds weekly. My weight goes up and down and over a months time it shows a 6 Pound loss.
