Looking to bulk!

I had an unplanned cut month and am now looking to bulk. I am confident in my ability to beef up my arms, back, and shoulders. Looking for any help bulking chest, abs, and legs. I am planning to take in 3000 cal per day, 145-160 grams of protein. I weightlift from 45-120 mins per day. Thanks for the help!

    Bulking just means gaining fat/mass eating over maintenance will cause you to do both provided you progressively overload or work a hypertrophy program. Muscle gains will most likely be slow depending on your level of experience and the potential to gain more fat than you intended is always there.

    Everyday may be over training... imo. I assume you weigh 155lb. Since the amount of protein is low
