I’ve just added it based on the calorie burn. So fitness blender shows you approximately what youve burnt, so I just add a cardio and figure out the minutes that would equal my work out. Does that make sense? Ex: HIIT workout =500 cal. On MFP I’d input jumping jacks 20 min.

Never heard of mushroom coffee..... turmeric is supposed to be good for you. I don’t know about anyone else but SLEEP and getting enough of it can help me be more focused during the day 🤪 mushrooms in my morning omelette and that’s where they belong for me. No gimmicks.
