The WEEKEND...I can workout twice a day during the week, eat really well but on the weekend..... I face defeat. Smh

Got on the scale this morning. I'm at 178.4. Yesterday I started eating at 1pm was done by 8pm. I'm starting not to feel hungry as much. I am a big night time eater so I'm trying to train my body to not beed food to be satisfied to go to sleep at night.

..thanks for the advice so I will see weight loss results but the other aspects should be considered for my over all health!! :-) Got it!!! Cool how you can get on here ava ask a question and get solid answers from people who been where I'm at in my lifestyle change.
