So the goal is to lose this belly by August 10th(my 30th bday). I've tried and failed, tried again and failed . I'm tired of being a loser, I'm tired of being a quiter. I am starting with if 16:8, I'm staying within 1440 calories per day. Started at the beginning of the week at 184 pounds this morning i am at 179.8. I've been running a mile in the morning (jogging really) and hitting the gym in the afternoon. Let's link up and share some motivation, tips, encouragement. I welcome all positive people!!!

All IF is is a way to time when you eat your calories. I lost doing IF, and I lost without it.3 -
Got on the scale this morning. I'm at 178.4. Yesterday I started eating at 1pm was done by 8pm. I'm starting not to feel hungry as much. I am a big night time eater so I'm trying to train my body to not beed food to be satisfied to go to sleep at night.1
