I know 30 lbs is very embarrassing.. I was actively trying to gain but only 10 lbs because i lost my period so i was eating 2500 cals per day and then since i got pregnant ive gained 1.5-2 lbs per week :( is 2500 an insane amount??

Ah ok thank you :) i have a doctors visit tomorrow so ill talk with her but ill just walk around the neighborhood for now.. I also did some research that taking iron supplements should help as well

Thank you :) yeah I googled this and used a lot of walking calculators and then decided to do the formula on my own but all of them come up with close to 500 (always above) and then when I input 0% incline instead of 10% it's about 200 calories burned which I find bizarre can 10% really make that huge of a difference of…

yay this is wonderful news because i am going into my second trimester in 2 weeks (same time i start up graduate school) and it will be going to class from 8 am to 10 pm mondays- saturdays yipee... :| lol
