People who say that it's somehow *only* possible to lose weight by eating certain foods. I've been told more often than I can count that I need to cut this or that out of my diet or I'll never get there. But hey, I'm still eating whatever I want and I've lost 26 lbs so far. How *much* you eat is what makes the difference!

I like making little cakes with it. I mix it with some egg, some breadcrumbs, chili garlic sauce, and cilantro and grill the cakes :)

I've got a long way to go - 61 lbs. before I hit onederland. Knowing how far I have to go can be a little discouraging, but I've lost 26 lbs. so far, and I've made it my goal to get below 200 lbs. by the end of the year.

I recently started taking a medication for reasons unrelated to dieting, but one of the side effects of it is decreased appetite. Honestly, based on my experiences with that, I don't recommend appetite suppressants for weight loss. For me, it's made it a lot harder to eat healthily, because I end up not remembering to eat…
