I'm in college, and my parents are helping me with this too. I'm changing my diet and relationship with food. Just want to stay healthy and fit and still enjoy eating.

I'm trying to get back to normal again. I started today and did last minute grocery shopping for my favorite foods but healthier. I'm going to steady add my calories and build my confidence back up. I started by eating my favorite meal at a Mexican restaurant and went shopping.

Thank u. I ate more at supper time today since I didn't eat much for lunch. Today was basically my first cheat day in months. I feel better too. Tomorrow I'll eat normal healthy foods and keep my exercise program and hoping I can stay the same. I feel less nervous now.

I know today I'm starting my eating my favorite Mexican meal again. It's been a long time. I want to still eat healthy and eat the "bad" foods occasionally like once a week or so. I just don't want to gain is all.
