Some of my go-to healthy snacks are: - A hard-boiled egg - A banana with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter - Yogurt with fresh fruit - Veggies and hummus - Cottage cheese I still eat things like goldfish and granola bars, but I find I have to weigh out my goldfish or I'll eat half the bag lol

I just finished day 1 of week 2 a couple hours ago. I'm doing it on the treadmill but I'm really enjoying it so far! I feel like I might have to repeat days as the running time increases, but no big deal. I really want to be able to run/jog 5k :smile:

good idea with repeating some of the tougher moves at the end. i might try that too, but usually by cool down time i am just DONE lol

level 2 is pretty hard. starting day 5 of it today, and it hasn't gotten a whole lot easier.
