Stick with it and stay positive. Even if it doesn't look like it's working, it is.

Lookup a good calisthenics routine and set a schedule. That way you can do it in the comfort of your own hme and whenever you want. When it gets to easy, get some small dumbells to add to the routine.

I do the same thing after going off script for the day. I run an extra 15 minutes or so, and then i feel better. Just remember once in a while isn't bad, but as with all things in life, it's about moderation.
