I've exceeded my goal calorie intake for the day, and I'm really beating myself up. I'm going for a run to make myself feel a bit better. any advice for bad days?

I do the same thing after going off script for the day. I run an extra 15 minutes or so, and then i feel better. Just remember once in a while isn't bad, but as with all things in life, it's about moderation.0

Go for a run, and move on to a new tomorrow!

One day's calories aren't a big deal. Don't be so rigid... It makes it even more difficult. And don't punish yourself... That's just silly. Your weekly average is more important. If you have a net weekly calorie deficit you will lose weight. It's really just that simple. You can succeed and you're worth the effort!!! Hope this helps and good luck!!!0
