It's reasonable, as would any lean form of protein. I wouldn't suggest putting the tuna in a shaker and drinking it though.0

LOL Basically what he said!! ^0

I would say yes, it's protein0

I would much rather eat my protein than drink it, although that might not be the answer you are looking for.0

Great lean protien, just remember with the mercury levels in large white fish, you want to keep it to once or twice a week only. It is hard to get out of your system.0

Organic forms of mercury (found in fish and water sources) are water soluble, and are all but impossible for the body to flush out.0 -

Duh, blender - not shaker. I like the cookies and cream tuna best.0 -
You won't put weight on drinking shakes. Lots of low calorie and crab ones. Tuna is great a few days per week. If your like me you'll get sick of it pretty quickly. Look for a decent low calorie and carb protein shake and use tuna a few times a week if you enjoy it :-(0

This is true . . . however, bentonite clay, taken internally, sweeps heavy metals out of your body, even those found embedded in muscle tissue. I buy mine from www.bulkherbstore.com -- best price anywhere, and they have a blend of 2 types of bentonite clay for a thorough detox.0 -

If you're having a low calorie crab shake you shouldn't have tuna on the same day. Too much seafood.0 -
