Just completed day 5 knee taps 3x45secs, day 6 shoulder taps 3x45 and day 7 up and downs 3x60secs for Jan 5th 6th and 7th. Woof!! Played catch up as did not want to miss it out. Knee taps surprisingly worked quads and gluts so well. The 60secs on ups and downs were working fabulously on abs. You guys rock keeping steady…
