You have to stay accountable for what you're eating. Figure out if you want to count calories or macros maybe both. You have to make sure that you're happy at the end of this though.

I dealt with that a number of times. I just changed up a little but kept at it. It took 3 weeks or so but my body realised I wasn't messing around lol. Just don't give up as frustrating as it may seem.
