Are you MDI or on a pump? If you are having a lot of lows you may need to adjust your basal or carb ratio. How is your sugar when you get up in the morning? * Ask your endo team - not giving medical advice.

Meal planning and prepping helps me. If the food is planned, ingredients are at home and its made then I won't be tempted to order out. I hate wasting the money and the food when I have it at home. Hey- i would love to connect. I do if and am also the mum of a fabulous t1d so all my recipes have a carb count with them. I have not wieghed myself as I dont have a scale and I am just fine with thay as my jeans now need a belt:)

I have a soda stream and find drinking that with sugar free water flavour stuff really heps. I also dont eat until lunch. I find if I get bored I get hungry. I am also recovering from surgery-shoulder and spine. Im a bit more mobile than you so walking when I think im hungry helps. Also snacking on cucumbers as I can eat…

Same. Complex partial seizures and after I sometimes conk right out. From a full on seizure i'd need days to recover. No guilty feelings needed.

I drink a diet coke a day and love it. Some family members have a problem with the artificial sweetener but I have done my research and see no reason to worry. There is also a great post on here on the same issue...if I can find it I will share...keep enjoying the diet Pepsi.

Right now its snowboarding. Just started...broke my wrist second day so had to wait eight weeks to start again. Im the slowest one out there but i am doing it. Not sure what i will do when the hill closes for the season... probably c25k.
