Feeling hungry from time to time is normal and if you're meeting your nutritional needs on average, you have nothing to worry about. You'll learn how to balance meals to be more satiating with practice. In time you'll see if you're more volume eater or if you prefer more heavy fat/protein diet. It also might change, for…

How are you measuring your CO? (calories out) Also, you need to wait longer than 8 days to see changes, you might be losing weight and it's hidden by water retention, especially if you upped your activity level. Also I second suggestion about using trend weight app. On some weeks it seems I'm not losing anything, but my…

I was doing it at the beginning of weightloss and it helped me a lot. I had 8 h window of eating, my main meal was dinner and it was AWESOME lol Now I still kind of follow it, but I don't follow any specific hours. I just try to push my first meal as late as I can. Usually I eat my breakfast around 1-2 pm, unless I wake up…

Cooking low kcal meals in batches, so on busy days I don't have to worry about preparing the dinner Remembering that "my eyes are bigger than my belly" - I'm putting less food on my plate than I want to and I'm perfectly content and full after a meal When I'm hungry and I don't have many calories to spend I like to drink…

Today I'll have Greek yoghurt with honey, raspberries and banana. Yum!

LOVE potatoes. In any form, any day, any time! I don't even need butter or anything else on them, plain, boiled with salt are still delicious

Thanks for the article, I really liked it!! The description of stressed out females on the internet is spot on lol

I used to binge a lot, which led me to bulimia when I was teenager. I got help with bulimia but binging stayed with me for years. The thing that helped me the most - seriously, I think it was 90% of success- was to start eating more nutrient dense food. I don't mean "clean eating", whatever that means, but focusing on…

I log daily on happy scale and log my Sunday weight on mfp.

Banking calories. When I know I have bigger meal coming I simply eat less during the day (or few days before) to have spare calories and truly enjoy food without worrying about weight gain. Seems very simple but it was game changer for me.

I only have calorie goal for cardio, which I usually do if I want extra calories for dinner (or chocolate after dinner). Usually I aim to burn around 300. For strength training, whatever I burn is fine. Fitbit is not very accurate with calorie from strength training anyway.

I'm pescetarian, but lots of my meals are vegan, feel free to add me!

Happened to me on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday I ate 1200 kcal over my goal. I was good yesterday and I'm banking calories today for valentines dinner. Don't beat yourself, it happens and also don't be extra restricted on following days, it'll all even out in time!

Any kind of meat except for fish. Anything with raisins in it-they remind of rat's poo. Sweet potato-wtf?! Vegetables are not supposed to be sweet! Anything with creamy, heavy sauce. I think it's the combination of texture and flavour... carbonara, alfredo, any sauce like that is yuck for me. And last, but not least-eggs.…

I don't log it. It's such a small amounts they don't have any impact on my weightloss rate.

You're wrong.

@OP, which program are you using? And what's your kettlebell weight? I just bought one (10 kg) and I'm looking for decent program to follow.

I just want to say that I'm so sorry to hear that, it sounds absolutely awful. I hope you're ok now *hugz*

I'm a veggie trying to be healthy (because I like volume of the food) but if I crave something I'll eat it without second thoughts
-
@GottaBurnEmAll can I ask what food item did you log incorrectly? I'm wondering if I'm making similar mistake
-
I know, right?! I always want to ask how did they become fat in the first place, if eating 1200 kcal is such an impossible task SMH

I hate eggs too, since I was a child! I can't stand the smell Edit: it keeps cutting my post //

I love vegan chili, my favourite recipe is from ohsheglows website. It's sooo delicious! Pasta is great. Couscous with roasted veggies and falafel. I like to make huge (and I mean HUGE) salads for dinner from any veggies I have in the fridge. Often I add potatoes, nuts, avocado for satiety. Stir fry (I make it with faux…

Oh and you could set aside some amount of money for each pound lost, for example ten dollars for each pound lost and then spend it on something fancy, something you wouldn't buy everyday
